Seems somehow we're on different wavelengths here, but ThemeManager accesses the theme folders of Iconpackager, CursorXp and etc to change various components of downloaded suites, if so desired. I recently changed the wallpaper, bootscreen and logon of a downloaded suite, whilst retaining the WB, icons and cursors. I then clicked 'save desktop' and the edited suite was created.
