If that doesn't work you can always delete the cookies to force a full update done that but it still not coming up when i post the blog it tells me Sorry. The article requested does not exist. So its out there but I dont know where it is listed!..lol.

Ok i went shopping Yesterday... went to my local health food store which was exciting cause they had 30% off muscle products and 20% off vitamins. Well Winter has finally arrived here in OZ.. I knw ive said that before but the past couple of days its been really cold and windy! Ok well currently I take antiretroviral meds: they are Sustiva or Efavrenz Tenofovir and Kaletra.
