I would like to see transports not dissappear on me after invading a planet. Is there a way to mod it so they don't? And also, if I construct a battleship with a transport module, does it disappear after planetary invasion still? Also: Link

I think the only thing I don't like about this game is having to go with a bare minimum of 1 million troops needed for a planetary invasion, or 1 million citizens for colonization. Sometimes, I'd rather send in a few hundred thousand, or ten thousand, or even less. Can this be modded?
The game is not SLI compatible. As far as I can tell, I have the latest drivers for my Nvidia 7800 GTX SLI. This, unfortunately, is not the only game that is non-SLI compatible. What happens is when I start the game, at any random point, the entire computer freezes, and I'm forced to hold the power button for five seconds to shut it down.
