So the tradegoods has nothing to do with trade routes? Wouldn't it be cool to have each tradegoods you get increase the value of your trade routes with 10-20% or so? That would make trade even more interesting!

I couldn't find anything about this in the manual. How does tradegoods affect your trade? Can you start trade routes without having a tradegoods? If so, does tradegoods increase your trade income if you manufacture one after you establised a trade route already? Thanks Rob
