Dumb question in Political Machine JoeUser Forums

Hi gang, I know this is a pretty dumb question, but here it is anyway: I see the computer moving from state to state, however when I try to build a HQ in Ohio, for example (as Kerry), it builds it in Massachusetts. How do i get him to move? inpasc
