You are too cool!LOL! Your hubby behaves the way mine does when I begin one of my clean up mission! He would pick at me the same way telling me it's going to take a long time to get it done, or he could do it so much faster, or what I'm doing is insane and it doesn't make a difference, and then I would get mad at him and threaten him too...LOL! You guys are so cute, love you both! :)

Can the powers that be please delete the other extra posts for me? At home I use Mozilla and I have yet to customize it and I don't see the entire page on my computer so I won't see the delete button. Thx in advance!

LOL! I can't believe that happened! I was at work and it kept giving me the 'no post' or lost signal and I kept hitting submit!LOL! Oh boy! Hey Whip, guess what I have waiting to come to you?! ;) It was smashing delicious too. I actually have some more pictures that I wanted to post but of course between my computer at work, the weather, and possibly JU's wonkiness, and of course my own inability to do it right..... :d

He is really fast isn't he?! I remember Donald Quarrie, another Jamaican, many years ago in past Olympics who was as fast as Bolt. Michael Johnson sure didn't seem to mind that his record was broken!;) I'm looking forward to seeing the Relay as well!
it seems we grow wiser in learning that we dont want to fight nature, but live within her and work with her.
I don't think any of us (in general) wants to fight Mother Nature. We want to learn to live better which is good for the planet in the long run.
The trick is to keep your son engaged during the boring times. And if I had the answer to that, I would tell you. Sadly, I can only make sure his non-class time is filled with learning and having fun (not mutually exclusive even with their aversion to school).
Which is what I tell his teachers but they don't have the time to listen. He's really smart and does keep himself entertained. I just want him to focus more and hopefully he will. This is
Just not my sort of movie (not enough explosions, car chases, gratuitous violence, destruction and naked girls).

What he said, minus the naked girls part.
LOL! Not my hubby's either! I watched it on my own. He's the shooting up and explosive and yeah, the naked girls too type!;)
It is touching and meaningful to me since I am an old widower.
Wasn't it so touch
p.s. after reading LW's comment the tourism of her town is going to fly through the roof. LOL
LOL! Whip always had a way with words!lol! Hugs Brandie and whine all you want, we understand! I hear ya about the care for pregnant women. Here in Florida it is so different from NY. Somehow to me the obstitricians here are so distant?! And yeah, my daughter mention that 'cattle' feeling. Go figure!

Amanda surprised me tonight. Every night we read together before I put her to bed. No one else, not even her dad can do it (she won't have it), I have to do and it is one of our rituals that I enjoy. Well, tonight, she read one of the stories we have read before, to me. Word for word, for the most part, with a few stumble here and ther, which is quite normal! But she is six and she read on her own and I am so proud of her! I gave her

I just finished watching the movie P.S. I Love you . It was the most beautiful, beyootiful movie I've seen in a while! It will be one of my favs! Have you seen it? If not, please watch it. It is sad, but it is so beyootiful! My friends told me that I would cry, cause they did, even my guy friends, and they were so right! I like that warm, beautiful feeling of being in love. That warmth you feel w
So are you going to change your "nom de plume" to soccer mom?
Naaw,! I like the moniker I have!lol!
I got a note from my son - he started school monday - and already hates it! I think his problem is that he is smart, and gets bored easily. Maybe I can stimulate his mind when he comes down this weekend. At least I will not be "boring" him!
What is it with kids when that happens uh? The boredom? My so

I'm having trouble responding, my comments won't post. Just in case, it does, They will be fondly remember. It is funny how you begin to compare once you hear someone close to your age passes, isn't it?! Mac was close to my hubby's age, a few month's later. Tex, you're talking about the SP thing with Isaac? I heard about that. I'm not a fan of SP myself so didn't see it. But I guess all that is not relevant now as you said. &n
