I had the same problem when I reverted to Win 10. I reinstalled WB 10 and Skinstudio 10 and the registration problem with SKIN STUDIO disappeared. So if you are on Win 11, Install WB 11 and Skin Studio 11. Problem should disappear. Do a complete purge of both WB and Skin studio. Important to reboot after each purge. Install Wb11, reboot. Install Skin Studio, reboot.

I will live with the flaws in IP, which Microsoft screwed with. It is far better than MS default icons. Someday IP can be fixed. For now I have accepted the way it is.
