Start 11 will not make my Taskbar Smaller. after the win update. Tried everything. Had to do System Restore to get it back. Any suggestions?

I had to go back to cursor fx 2.6. Everything is woking the way it should. My favorite cursor is TelsA.

Effects won't work. Desktop context menu and I clicked Show Desktop Icons. Effects work. Using CFX 2.16

Installed the latest version of CursorFX4_4.03. It was not good, choppy etc. Uninstalled and went back to CursorFX Plus 2.10. Works much better now, Smooth and clear. Effects, not so much.
