I still get a white screen when I disable DS 10. Never happened with DS 8. Just had hard drive replaced. Win 7 Ultimate as on my old hard drive. New drive 3-4 weeks old. Done uninstalling and purging everything including new user accounts so many times, 8-9 times, at least.

Come on. does no one care that there is still a problem? See reply #50, please. This has only happened with the latest version. I have done everything suggested. How many times must I uninstall, purge, and reinstall? My count is at least 6. Please help. I'm running Win 7 Ultimate. The videos I'm using are mp4. Worked in the betas but not now.

Watched the video. I have been using IP for many years and am not new on how yo change icons in IP. Been a member forever. Evert other icon changes for me but .mp3, music and pdf adobe. Even my .wav file changes, Been using Win 7 for years as well as Most Stardock products. Like I said, my C drive failed last week and I replaced it with a new drive and reinstalled Win 7 Ultimate, same as last drive. Have reinstalled everything I need to use on it. Media player I use is GoldWave636. Had no problem with old drive but had it replaced. Had to reinstall Win 7 Ultimate x64 same as old drive. Also had to reinstall all programs I used before. I will do as you said an let you know what happens. Thanks.

When I start D The only previews I see are for Deskscapes. The video previews (thumbnails) are blank when I switch to my videos which are mp4. They showed up on my old hard drive. Since my old drive failed, I replaced it with a new hard drive and had to reinstall Win 7 Ultimate x64. Also had to reinstall all programs I had used on the old drive.
