Since the end of December I made a point to become a more healthy individual. Those months in between now I've had quite a struggle finding a balance between dieting and working out. Whatever I am doing now is finally working. Last time I got on the scale was about a month ago and it said I weighed 135 and today I got on and it said 125. Finally the muscle I have

Dr. Guy: good one for manopeace! I vote Dr. Guy, Dr. Miler, and Moderate man to be the "gruff but fun loving uncles" NJ forever can be the "non gruff fun loving uncle" Shovelheat can be the big brother along side danny. Draginol as the Godfather is a keeper! and Philomedy and greywar can both be the perverts that they requested! (just for shits and giggles!) Who should be the mom? we need s
These days I share so much of my life that I feel like JU has become some kind of family away from my family. I would consider InBloom, Marcie, and Foreverserenity as sisters Danny would definatley be a cool brother to have Dharma is that kick ass aunt that might as well be a sister and Maso kind of like the dad... How funn
hehe-that would be a fun road trip, but we are stuck here with our soon to be roasted beast (chicken).
enigmatic jester: good answer. Dr. Guy: It's not necessarily defined as starvation. I believe nebraskawoman had an interesting link on the exact cause and what happens.
I will admit I am afraid of death. I think Lovecraft pins it to the "fear of the unknown". That makes perfect sense to me.

Hmm..no idea how to cook it. My guess would be the use brown sugar and pineapple for double the flavor with the glaze. As for side dishes my mom usually serves it with potatoes au gratin with green beans. Good Luck with your soon to be roasted beast!
So now it's my turn to post on Teri Schiavo. I am undecided in what should be done. On one hand, this poor woman is suffering and merely not living life, but existing in a tiny room. In some ways I think it would be best if the feeding tube was not reinserted. I have researched this story and it does not sound like she will suffer from starvation, but slip into a
island gurl: Thanks for sending luck! foreverserenity: Actually it was his idea! hehe thanks and take care!
parated2k: hehe...thanks! I hope we find a church with an actual church choir. If not i should start one...hmm...ideas...
Danny: thanks! Moderateman: Thanks for your support...I never thought of actually going to church again because I believe you can be spiritual anywhere, but I figured it's a good way to meet people.
Island gurl: I agree...this is a big milestone in growing up....and I thought paying the bills all by myself was big...hehe. I guess that's just part of it Thanks for the support sweetie!
InBloom: Thanks! How was your trip to "The heart of it all"?
Dharma: Exactly! now i can look forward to going home instead of dreading it like I used to when I lived only a half an hour away! By the way my yahoo im is horndiva1... I hope you feel better!
Yep, you read it here first folks. Hardin and i are going to start going to church. We both realized that it would be good to get out of the house, get more spiritual, and meet some people. I think I'm even going to join the church choir! I'll keep you all posted on how that goes.
This weekend Hardin and I decided to take a small road trip back to Ohio to visit some friends and family. I never really realized how much I missed everyone until I saw them again. When I lived there it seemed like I was always trying to leave and now I want to go back. I miss my family so much. It was so good to see them and it seems like when i lived there I re
Danny: I know! I hate being sick!! I am doing way better! Foreverserenity: hehe..thanks for the welcome
Hey fellow JUers! Sorry I haven't posted in a bit, but I was sick and down for the count. I had a sinus infection and a stomach virus all in one! I didn't eat for 4 days straight...kind of frightening. I really made Hardin put those vows to the test (that whole sickness and in health thing). He took me to the doctor and nursed me back to health. What a man!! To

Best wishes on a happy reunion!
This story is so familiar. I too, was once Catholic and gave it up for lent a couple years ago for the same reasons you are talking about. I too believe in the right for priests to marry, to live with members of the opposite sex, and the right of choice. Try another branch of christianity like presbyterian or episcopal. My husband is Episcopalian and he calls it Catholicism without all the bullshit. I am thinking about converting over...at the mom
Don't do it! The urge is so hard to fight, but just don't give in!!
