I, too, would like to report the error. I had the problem in the last beta version as a Democrat- the republican would get an endorsement from the nonexistant Chamber of Business, and I wouldn't be able to get an endorsement after that. It worked fine as a republican before, but now I get a CTD when I even click the endorsements button as a Republican. I can, of course, DL the thingy and send you reports as well, if necessary.

I've been having multiple CTDs with the Beta that I have been playing with (4b, I think). I've only been able to complete one game. It usually crashes when I go to get a political endorsement.
