That may be a result of my 3rd party affiliation, or it may just be the fact that I try to differentiate between a person and their opinion. I have agreed with you in some cases, and not in others. I feel for ya. I've had so many problems with various phone companies across the nation that I finally decided to only use my cell phone. I adamantly refuse to get a land line. Of course, companies don't really have that option, but at least I don't have to deal with facilities at my work place.
