Update to previous message....it seems to be happening with a number of the themes I am trying to load Does anyone know what this error is?

I am a fairly new DX user. I have bought OD and subscriptions and stuff and am having a blast. I am also a star trek fan and have downloaded everything LCARS I could find. I am trying desperatly to get LCARS4 theme to load but it comes on and says some stuff isn't compat and so I clik to not load them and it says I can disable them in the blacklist.ini, but I have NO idea how??? But before it can finish loading a window starts popping up over and over
