If your using windows XP..just right click on the desktop to bring up the sub-menu choose *Arrange Icons by..* scroll down to *Show Desktop Icons* and uncheck it by clicking...do the reverse to turn them back on.. Hope that works, Zero.

Some things just cant be done, thats one of them... you can get rid of the Icon together with the text..but not one or the other.. I dont even know if you can change the text color..I dont think you can do much with the Icon text at all.. I could be mistaken..but I am 90% sure your gonna just have to live with it.. Zero.

Bebi, I dont know if you have checked, but also, your Printer may not have come with updated drivers..even though it's new from the store the drivers can be outdated..take a look and see what the driver versions are, then check the site Link for updated drivers. Hopefully thats it. Zero.</

Well, Wincustomize is a perfect example of a good Skinning site, along with a few of the artists sites that are members of WC, for example, Skinartistry and Skinplant are 2 decent skinners sites.. Go look and see what they have to offer, look around WC and take notice of they way it is set-up If you want a perfect example of a poor site..go to ThemeXP, that will make you sick..LoL. Zero.

Bebi, Crissy has a good point..instead of installing the Printer from the CD, try allowing Windows to detect it and install drivers..XP may have the drivers you need for the Printer already..
