Newbie Question in DesktopX WinCustomize Forums

Firt of all, sorry about my bad english. I'm just started with desktopx. Now i try to modify a theme from english to german.Is it possible to extract a graphic to modify it in photoshop, and then build it back in the theme? Thank you for your help.
