cool tip!!
My classic was going to expire in a few days so I just renewed. However, I'm utterly disgusted by the fact that new users have to pay $xxxx per year or their product stops working. Whoever started that concept in the software industry should be strung up by the short and curlies.

I seem to recall seeing that this is not possible.
Really enjoying Start 11 on my Win10 system. However, I do NOT use Windowblinds at all so...
Look again at your screenshot. cytray.exe is reporting the error. cytray.exe is part of some endpoint protection software.
yea after a windows update and a reboot Chrome not working again and this time won't let me go from secure to unsecure .. Other browsers seem to work though ..
Try this: If you go to the http:// site and the page doesn't load, click somewhere in the page and type in thisisunsafe and hit enter. It may go then....
Cool information! I didn't realize this was a thing. LOVE IT!!

I just don't get why people cannot understand that nearly all software companies require payment for new (significant) versions. If you have a paid support contract, you will most likely get free upgrades. Nothing different than a subscription system like Stardock has....

This is not an uncommon practice with software. For example: I pay a fee for SecureCRT. It is a program to manage my network switches. I pay $$ for a 1 year support maintenance which entitles me to free updates for that period of time. I must pay again if I want to upgrade to a newer version and my annual support/maintenance period has expired.
Icon Packager is not supported on Windows 11 I believe.
Can't tolerate that, RND, not when you know everyone here is trying to help you.
Did that warrant banning RND? Do you ban everyone that gets frustrated with support?
It was this month, 21 years ago that I joined as a member.
I got ya by 6 months Doc, but you've certainly contributed years more than I. Thanks for being there!
Wow... I just noticed that on October 30 I will have been here (mostly in the background these days though) at WC for 21 years!! DAMN I feel old(er).
fyi... I tried the WB on Windows 11 and it looked pretty good to me!
Hoping and praying for the best Jim!!
I myself use Start11. Everything else just has too many problems. As for complaining about a timeframe for Windowblinds 11. It's been this way forever when a new major version of Windows is released. You already know the answer.. it will be done when it's done.
Odd.. you used to be allowed to activate on one personal device and one work device.
