My classic was going to expire in a few days so I just renewed. However, I'm utterly disgusted by the fact that new users have to pay $xxxx per year or their product stops working. Whoever started that concept in the software industry should be strung up by the short and curlies.

This is not an uncommon practice with software. For example: I pay a fee for SecureCRT. It is a program to manage my network switches. I pay $$ for a 1 year support maintenance which entitles me to free updates for that period of time. I must pay again if I want to upgrade to a newer version and my annual support/maintenance period has expired.
Can't tolerate that, RND, not when you know everyone here is trying to help you.
Did that warrant banning RND? Do you ban everyone that gets frustrated with support?
