One good thing about the electoral college system is that big city liberals don't always have a say on what rural conservatives can do with their land. I think Paul Reubens has a case. Pee Wee is a fictional character which makes him intellectual property. Eminem used the pee wee character without permission. Michael Jackson on the other hand is a real person and a public figure, so there is no intellectual property issue. In Jackson's case, probably a case of slander.
