Hey! You are a hot mom. Quit worrying so much. That being said...I feel your pain. I've been working out for months and have lost exactly 1 pound. It gets very frustrating when you spend a ton of time doing cardio/weights/classes in addition to TEACHING power yoga classes and see almost no result. I'm not ready to quit, but I do understand that you are frustrated. Wait till you get in your house and then you can come to the gym with me!Maybe we can motivate each other!

Hey, I'm listening to Pandora right now! I like it for background music so it really doens't matter what is playing, as long as it is within that range of "i like it". They have a feature where you can control your playlist a TINY bit more by combining several 'stations' to create a mix you like based of more than one artist or song.

Back story.... 1)Today is a big unit function that is so we can celebrate the great, wonderful support that this group gave our soldiers while they were in Iraq. It starts before the kids get out of school, so I have to pick boy up early. 2) Last night, after Boy's Parent Teacher Conference (yeah, he's doing great.) the electrical system on the van went all wonky. The lights and blinkers didn't' work. The sliding doors wouldn't open. Grr. So we headed o

Thanks for the free ice cream.... and on that note. I miss the (longer) recent article list from JU1 that was always on the sidebar. It was nice to immediately be able to jump to the next one I wanted to check out without having to search through the forums or click back and forth...

I'm sorry that we haven't had you over again for dinner. We have been so busy and I would look at a date about a week away and think, "oh, they will be in a house by then and won't want to come over..." and yet here you are. Sigh. Poor guys! I'll call you after I defrost some more. Betcha didnt' think you would see snow this soon, huh?

Ditto. Not much else I can say.....why should I be expected to pay for your lack of willingness to work, laziness, or general stupidity when I have scrimped and saved and suffered and done without?

I finally gave in a few years ago. I HATE HATE HATE giving out my number. My phone is for MY convienience, not yours. I use it when I need it, but if I had to give it up, I would. Unfortunately, I've grown addicted to the convienience of being able to call my DH and ask, "what was I supposed to get at the store for you?" or call a friend to pick up my kids when I am running late....plus the ability to drive cross country, get lost and call someone for directions

So Trapeze started today. I was so so incredibly excited. Until now. The first time I flew, I could feel my handgrips slipping, so I took them off and just chalked my hands. I felt my hands abrading already, so I used tape to make better grips....and it didnt' help. I tore the heck out of my hands today. It was so bad that I couldn't even finish the class. I gave up my last 3 spots to another girl who

Very nice, dad. I love it. My dad taught me to drive a stick when I was in HS. He read a book while he made me stop and start up and down the long gravel driveway. I wasn't allowed to leave the driveway until I could stop and start without spilling his VERY full glass of Diet Pepsi. Then we immediately went to a gravel hill.....and I had to do the same stop and start drill up and down the hill.....for what felt like days. I couldnt' sl

Just a few more pictures....I felt that I should stick one of the boy up so people don't start to wonder what happened to him! I really need to work on paying attention to the light more!
Im trying tofigure out how to spread the $$ out a bit better
I have a few bills that I divided in half and paid 1/2 prior to the due date and then 1/2 on the due date. Mortgages hate when you do this because you will save so much on interest.... It helped balance my paychecks out a bit more and it worked so well that I started to pay other bills "before" they would be due. At one point I was paying all my bills 30-45 days prior to the due date.

Awwwww Dad. You guys are so cute. I remember when HW and I got married....I'd never seen anyone married for that long who was obviously still so madly in love. I told him then that I wanted that for us. (We are well on our way, thank you very much.) You made a big impression on him growing up. He told me that one of the best things a father can do for his children is show them how much he loves their mother. You have done that. There is no doubt abou

While I'm asking for sprinkles....I miss being able to see all the articles written by someone (not just a short blurb) Any chance of a "view all blogs" button? And "recent articles" buttons are cool too!

for some reason, I had mad issues signing in...and in adding comments. I had to go to the HTML editor before it would let me write anything....hmmmm. I miss the "recent articles" button. I don't want to have to search each and every forum....it was nice to have a quick way to check on what has happened. Any chance that will return? Of course, I love the free ice cream and all. I'm just asking about the sprinkles.

Greasemonkey has a fun script for Flickr that shifts the "add a comment" box to immediately under the article...instead of below all the other comments. That might be nice.....

How did today go with the realtor? Did they accept your offer? By the way, my computer froze up...I guess it couldn't handle the dual screen set up so I have to redo the pic of us before I post it.....although I am now the proud owner of a new video card and all seems much more copacetic. Soon everyone will see that you are pretty hot too!

Momjiki, I'm looking at the 55 mm 1.4/f (or maybe I'll get the 1.8/f cause it's cheaper) for the Nikon.... J. We are so happy that he is home...when are you going to be in town? Let us know!
