I to have recently been subject to the same symptons. It has taken a while to figure out a way to get Multiplicity to work again. I uninstalled Multiplicity and reinstalled several times and could not get it to function. The problem appears to be that the multiplicity service is left in place when being uninstalled. The service cannot find MULTI~1.exe even if there is a fresh reinstalled copy in place. I found that I had to go into the registery using regedit and remove the following key HKEY_LO
