In SKS..... You can drop a small image in the Explorer Backgrounds > Active and Inactive window areas to change Explorer background colors (tiled). And then there's the Change skin colors and changing the system defined colors how you want them. Also, Edit Vista / 7 Explorer Parts > Folder Bars > Extra Settings > Background Colour (Win 7) It's according to what you're trying to do but those are a few examples. Keep in mind, some apps are independent of explorer colors thou
