Assuming you got your taskbar where you want it and buttons straightened out, you control your content in the tray section by adjusting your sizing margins, text settings and/or content margins (top/bottom), same as in the task button section. Since I'm flying blind as to your particular setup, what version of SKS you're using, etc., make adjustments to your tray section margins and/or text settings until you get it where you want it. T & E (Trial and Error) best way to learn...

Adjust your content margin settings (top and/or bottom....text settings in SKS7) in the task button section to resize your taskbar height. Play with it until you get it where you want it. Also, judging by how distorted the buttons look, you need to adjust your sizing margins. Make sure anything you don't want stretched, tiled, etc. are outside the sizing margin box. Logoff button Section> 7 Start Menu Buttons> Normal Arrow> Extra Settings> Horizontal or Vertical shift control :-)

Gotta watch that spacing on vertical stacks too. Was working on one this morning that was spaced one pixel off between images (glass borders) and had some offset issues myself. Pretty much knew what it was (or should be) but it took seven different re-measures before that eureka moment. "Shoulda had a V-8".... :-)
