All I know and care about is how to install a skin after extracting the file. What file to go to. Why can't just installing a skin be simple?

It seems like I have a real hard time installing the skins anymore. All of them seem be a zip file. I downloaded the skin I wanted, then had to extract that file. My problem is I can't seem to find that file to install the skin I like. Any suggestions?

Gosh, I hope I can explain this right. I have posted before on this and tried everything that was suggested but nothing is working right. First, every time that a subscription is renewed, does the Serial Number changed. I renew my Wincustomize Subscription on the 13th of this month. But when I download the Wincustomize Browser and try to attempt to put in the Serial Number, it will ask if I want to renew it and I click on yes and it takes to the PayPal page to buy it again. My subscription was up on the 27th of this month which I renewed it on the 13th. My problem is now when I download the Wincustomize Browser, it will asked for the serial number which I put it in from the email I received. But then it takes to me to another page that says your subscription has expired, do you want to renew it. I click on yes, then it takes to the PayPal page for me buy it again. Any help would be appreciated on this.

Thanks, I contacted PayPal and they said I couldn't use the PayPal Buyer Account to buy the subscription. Bebi, I don't have any funds in the PayPal account so I guess that's why they transfer the funds from my bank. To me, the PayPal is almost confusing. I'm about ready to close it. But thanks anyway for the suggestions. It looks like I will be calling Stardock tomorrow, (Monday).
