Are your husband and children also budhist, by any chance. I am thinking of going deeper into zen budhism from now onwards. Sometimes life feels like a big void and I need some answers to many questions. I hope you will understand my anguish,DG

Thanks, DG, is your husband also budhist or....? I also intend to go deeper into zen budhism from now onwards. Life, sometimes, do feel like a big void and I am searching for some answers but they all seem very elusive. I think you may understand my anguish !

You got company here. Everybody feels the same way as you. The question is how to make your blogs stand out from the crowd and catching the attention. I still have not figured that out yet, but I do keep blogging merrily.

Keep blogging to your heart's content. But no flogging of others' egos. And no logging when you are not blogging.

Why you are here, then. Keep blogging about your hate. Maybe you just need to release your repressed emotions, right ?

Hmmm, I like haiku poems a lot-they are cute, compact, miniature bonsais of the world of poetry. If you I ask me why I like them so much, I wont be able to tell logically. I just like them, . Why does one like a cacading rainbow, a blossoming lotus, or-for that matter- a setting sun. In life we just like many things just like that, intuitively, right ! Ak

I have not read much of Premchand but from the reviews I read, he is my kind of writer. I read long ago about a businessman running shop by the banks of ganga, doing a holy dip every morning and sun worship and then cooly mixing gravels with dal in his shop and coming next day again to wash away his sins. Its supposed to be a short story written by Premchand, but I am not sure ( can you tell me ?) . Rafi's songs are some with which my yout

Yes, a life nipped in the bud is so tragic. But life is like that-there is no logic. Maybe some ppl always feel like the outsider, there is a book by the same name(I forgot the author, do you know?) What are you doing nowadays ?

Very right there, thanks CMs. But the thing that agonizes me most is that maistream intellectuals, academics and journalists of Indian mainlans also seem least bothered about the happenings in the North East, unless there are some sensational news. Does the day-to-day problems of the common people of the North East find no space in the national psyche, ethos and politics? Ciao and what do you do and where, if I may know ?</fo

Detective, that scares me off, DG ! Yours truly is a plain teacher, insginificant in the current world's scheme of things. Why did you embrace budhism, any soul-searching life experinece(s) ?
