An interesting solar system in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

During my first game, I ran across an interesting solar system. It is yellow-green and has no planets...but has a base influence of 54. Any info on what this means? Or rather, how do I get a slice of that influence pie? [Message Edited]
