Disclaimer: I think the only people who will be offended by this are the drama queens. For the rest of you, because of my many experiences in web communities, I am able to come up with this guide for all ye who want to play drama queen. It is important to note that I am not saying that people who do the stuff in this article are definetly drama queens but

DR. Guy, Cordelia, ParaTed, I don't think I'll make a good parent. I don't really like kids all that much, and lack patience. I've never heard of the term 'throttle' used in this context before. What does it mean here? Chip: >>Makes me cringe to think it came from my mind... Yes. There are somethings I can't bring myself to laugh at yet.

The spontaneous attempt to write something insightful here has failed. So let me dig out something old: *rummages through an old drawer....* Weird to be this way, The need to be popular and liked and so easy to get swept into it and drown.... stupid isn't it? it backfires loving to be popular backfire

I am of the opinion that perhaps it is because there isn't enough wine and beer to go around. Seriously though, I think there is just a lot of noise. All these rule-sayers keep bombarding people from all sides - it should be this and it should be that. Just one day leaving hate and hostility behind, would make a lot of difference in the world I think.

Danny, good article. >> So if someone says they want to leave, say what you will, but don't say they can't leave (at least until you start paying them to blog, that would change things). And should they change their mind, by all means welcome them back with open arms. Hm I was about to write something about that in the near future, but you've saved me the typing. I don't think we should pressure people to stay if they want to l

PSP battery life is two hours, a DS is ten hours. I don't think PSP is very impressive at all in the battery life department, unless this aspect of it has changed recently. DS would have the advantage of a bigger library of games to start of with. To me, DS looks to be more travel-friendly than the PSP. Still, it's hard to tell, let all the games be released for both, then we'll be able to tell which is better.

I hate the first month of work. I had to read countless stacks of safety manuals and technical manuals and what else.... I think it's kinda extreme to have a supervisor read it to the new staff to make sure they know it. They only make us sign it so if we do something wrong like stick our finger in a tube of virus or use the lab microwave oven to heat up food and we get sick, we can't claim not to know these things. They make us go on pointless trai

Dynamaso>> By the way, has anyone else noticed how those contestants who do seem to show integrity and honesty are usually voted off early in the series? Or is it just me? They usually don't win.... The ones that are ruthless usually justify themselves by saying that they are just playing the 'game'. BlueDev >>And "reality" TV is only the most visible example. It happens around us every day. It may even happen to us

That happens at my workplace sometimes too. >> um, what's a nice word...piggish, sharkish, hogs, greedy - there is no nice word! We call them scavengers. They aren't usually the ones who bought the food, but they are the first on the scene when there's free food to be had.

Pirates! is a real joy to play and suitable for all ages. I just installed it, jumped in and started playing, and play I did, for 2 hours straight. I didn't read the manual (but I think I should, because it looks packed with info), and there is no in-game tutorial. It doesn't need one - the game was very easy to get into and you will be able to just pick up the gamep

I remember my first STFU and who-the-hell-cares-not-me forum postings. Good people tend to come to this point. Non-stop arguments, self justifications and explainations over and over about your views, stance and well-intentioned opinions can cause this feeling that you just want anyone who keeps disagreeing with you to shut the hell up because they are not getting it. You wonder what makes these people so obstinate and bastardly. You are never going t

>>>Not everything is about you. You're not always privy to all the information. How true. It's so annoying that some people think that everything is about them. Reminds me of that song.... "You're so vain, you probably think this song is about you. You're so vain...(you're so vain) You probably think this song is about you, don't you? don't you? don't you?"

In real life, I have always observed that weak minded individuals who feel they must belong, love to tag along with strong personalities who are or can be menancing and malicious minded. I have to come to a conclusion that these weak minded followers who shout along to whatever tune their leader is tooting are only doing it because they actually enjoy persecuting someone who is probably better than themselves. They wouldn't admit it, but they love to
