I think it's the aftermath of winter, ya know? You'll be fine serenity I can't offer any advice as my own health and weight are issues all the time!! especially the weight! for me, it's like everyday I have to do just one thing that's healthy or just one meal make sure I eat normal portions. I liked your article and gave it an insightful, it was informative and it took me back to 1957 when I got a blue and lavender dress for Easter and stood under our neighbors tree as the blossoms drifted to earth, knowing I'd always remember that day.
