Yes, they're alive. But we're not talking about stomping on kittens for fun here. We're talking about killing animals in order to learn medicine, implying to save humans. Animals have no souls. They can be cute, fun, what have you. But THEY ARE NOT SENTIENT. They do not think as you or I, whether they're the charming fuzzy animals the animal rights activists typically support out of a sense of aesthetics, or the insects, and things that make goo i

I've recently written a couple of limerick movie reviews, and it seems to be spreading.... So, try these on for size, and then pass one of your favorites along if you've got one, or write your own. King Richard in one of his rages, Forsook his good lady for ages, But rested in bed, With a good book instead, Or preferably one o

Gassing doesn't get it. You have to kill over 95 percent to stay ahead of reproduction. And if you do somehow kill all of them off, their old tunnels are immediately taken over by more from different gopher runs. Gas doesn't work. Electric harmonics (in ground stakes) doesn't work. Poison doesn't work......but all three, regularly applied.........(contented sigh)

When they typically get out in a couple of years to do it again? If they go to jail at all? That's not fair payment. Castration would be a good start. And besides....there's not a "price" to be payed. It's about invading someone in the most painful and personal way available to get off on a power trip. There's no way to pay for that. Only to end it, one person at a time.

Awesome, now you're warmed up for oil changes, plumbing issues, stock car races, and killing cute fuzzy animals while guzzling back a beer can or twelve. P.S. Yes FRG sucks, and the rule of leadership applies as always, anyone who wants to lead it bad enough, will be the worst person for the job. Seen the F#$%ng rank thing, at least they didn't try to rope the " lower enlisted" spouses into bake sales to support, not family members....you gues

Seen them, used to run in packs of 30 or so, again protected by law....sigh. In fact, they put warnings in the paper not to go outside if you saw them as they would attack. The worst Ft. Ord invasion though was the @$#$%%^@ gophers. But, they were completly safe to kill, and it was great therapy after korean all day.

Speaking Korean doesn't help......Korean barbers are my kryptonite..... And speaking as an male in the Army....what's having short hair like exactly?........extreme sigh.....

I like Quixtar, but that article was pure headache central. It's one thing to calmly sell things in an friendly and uninvasive manner. Or to promote material with customers or using Communikate (voice mail among quixtar sellers) It's another thing entirely to use a public speaking forum as a blatant and overwhelming advertisement.... I agree, Quixtar's cool. D.D. But this is not....go back all that awesome reading material and focus on the p

Recently had a gate guard sexually harrass my wife repeatedly at gate because he thought I was away. Started with small flirt, and even though she made it clear she wasn't interested, it got worse to the point that the #&*@$@%% @$$Clown kissed her hand when he gave her id card back...... I started by making a somewhat pointed phone call at 2 in the morning and went from there. Idiot. Don't fool around

I'm Army too, so it's illegal for us and that's fine by me, especially after seeing the horrendous ways that spouses abuse their marriages during deployments. What kind of assclown runs around all over the place on their husbands/wives, while their spouse faces mortar attacks or combat on a daily basis? Lack of punishment gives license to frivolous cheating. Yes, there are mature, rational adults,

I love deer, really....One of my earliest movie experiences was a showing of Bambi when I was tiny in the 70's. I like deer aesthetically, there graceful...elegant, they go well in chili or on a sandwich. But this time, it's the deer who declared war on me. Given the fact that Copperas Cove, Tx. is just outside of Ft. Hood, it is still a nice place to live...

Well, here's a few ole tricks that are sure to drop the pounds.....haircuts, giving blood, trimming your nails, amputation, cancer... My personal favorite is marathon running.....Seriously, stick to something reasonable and healthy like southbeach or similar program.....it's no good looking thin if you're in the hospital from some fad diet. Doctor: My you look so thin, are you anorexic? That's incredibly sexy. Can I take you o

To paraphrase Churchill....never....never......never.....never....never...live on post. Meh. Why don't you get a house in Cove? It's run by draconian Nazi cops......but very quiet. P.S. to chiprj, yes there's no gate guards, but Fort Ord too is quiet outside of the occasional murder while I was there for korean....and most of those were military folk anyways....although I can understand that too, depending on the language you're there

Singing.... Great big gobs of greasy grimey gopher guts.. Chopped up parakeet, mutilated monkey feet, Lizard eyeballs rolling down the dirty street, Don't get a spoon get a straw, slurp,... awwwww Yes ma'am...I've eaten dog...ate 'em and lived like 'em.

Good read....Alas, my cats have tried to eat many a gecko.....poor innocent geckos....luckily, (although I've oft unwittingly aided their lemming like tendencies), they have yet to eat anything but the broken off tail......which made them sick........bleh P.S. None of my tailless geckos died yet, maybe Texas geckos are sturdier than French ones?
