I tried to install NOD32 3.04 RC1. It works good and I have not found any problems with WindowBlinds. However I uninstalled it because this is only the beta version. Now I use NOD32 2.70.39.0. Works good on XP and Vista with WindowBlinds 6.0. So I think that at first you need to check the system security settings (Firewall, Defender, etc...). Thank you Mike! I already studied Windows Media Player 11 SDK long ago. This really helped me to create my own media player. But how I can use these knowledges if DesktopX doesn't allow me to do this? So I must stop this project and wait while Stardock developers will solve this problem. Honestly, I'm very sad... I already found what doesn't work in the DesktopX but I can't correct this problem. The last version of [B]Windows Media Player[/B] that I have used on [B]Windows XP PRO SP2[/B] was: [B]11.0.5721.5230[/B]. But the number of version in the [B]Vista Ultimate[/B] is: [B]11.0.6000.6344[/B]. The ActiveX Control of this player doesn't supported in the DesktopX. I checked all. The Object Dock I have installed ([B]version 1.90.026[/B]) works with [B]AccuWeather.com[/B]. Your location is absent in the list of cities so you may not get the weather forecast for [B]Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk[/B]. The other Weather Tools works with [B]www.weather.com[/B] where this city is available.

Hi Mike, Sorry but I'm on a Dial up yet. Problems with Vista... Hi, I have found two new bugs in DesktopX when tested it on Vista: 1. The object.SetFont function doesn't work correctly. If shows the different font size instead of I try to set up.
