The pup heads back to the vet today to get a follow-up check after being spayed a few weeks back. After that, she gets to go to the doggy boutique to get trimmed and beautified. Most importantly is trimming the fur around the hind quarters which should help her keep from getting herself soiled. Going back to some basic troubleshooting found the source of my "Service Not Found" problem: Tomcat. Tomcat had been used on the system for another program/web service/app. Removing that app left things "dirty" and didn't actually remove the reference to Tomcat that had been inserted into the Web server (IIS).
