Today was licensing day for the puppy. The county of residence for my daughter and I requires licensing of dogs and cats after they reach 4 months old. Officially it's supposed to happen within 10 days of that 4 month birthday, or I suppose within some reasonable period after you move an animal into the county (assuming the animal is over 4 months old). Sunday in the Country is the "end of the summer" blow-out concert that is hosted by WPOC FM 93.1 in the Baltimore market.
