Failed to initialize XML data in Political Machine Stardock Forums

Hello. I just bought into the TGN. I am installing stadock central, and it installs fine. When I try to run it, I get Failed to initialize XML data. I have already tried re-installing it. I would search the forums, except I can't seem to find a search button. thanks.
