ok here it goes..... my computer runs a spyware check everyday at 3:00 AM and checks for viruses every friday at 2:00 AM so i know that that's not the problem i have loaded lots of skins and i had to reinstall my computer five times.....seriously but i don't think its the skins either....i said that the softwares i downloaded

My computer got so slow becuase of the way i loaded so many skins to my computer...... so i don't wnat this to happen again.....can i install the bootskin, log-on windowblinds.....etc software on a cd?
