Yes it is. Downloading as we speak. It's listed as Windowblinds beta7.

Litestep doesn't change the look of the windows. Need Windowblinds for that. Did you change back the initial Desktop.ini settings that you change? Leave those the way they were and only modify the Registry. I think.
Bill: yes, but 10Mb could also represent as little as 2 Desktop X themes. JcR: The problem with IP's is that theoretically, two different users that have the same ISP could end up with the same IP address in the same day.
Oh and Brad, to avoid the massive downloaders why don't you make it: - registration is compulsery to download. No account, no download. - a limit of say 10 Mb per day per user Sure people can register more than one account, but if you make it so that the same email cannot be used for 2 different accounts, then it becomes a lot more complicated and would, I think, deter most people.
Hum, yes Spawn, this site is much much bigger than you imagine it is. Tandis: I didn't see any anit-USA propaganda? Where?
Dethnite: Trillian is very good, but it doesn't support ICQ file transfer yet, and I transfer files to and from my ICQ buddies all the time, so I had to stop using it. Maybe a future version.
You will need a shell replacement (such as Litestep) or enhancement (such as Desktop X) as well as a Window skinner, such as Windowblinds. Heer are some links for ya. DESKTOP X: KDE style: http://scripts.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=3&SkinID=329 Gnome style: http://scripts.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=3&SkinID=224 WINDOWBLINDS: http://scripts.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=1&SkinID=1268 or http://scripts.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=1&SkinID=12
Well, it's rated 3 so far. Could be why he doesn't see it. Ab, Click on "Edit Account" and change where it says "Show skins with this rating or higher:"

Hehehe! Thanks China, I don't know how you read that, maybe you are more familiar with that language than I am. I sincerely could only read strange characters. !
OK, sorry, the name of the app is Transperizer, and here is a link: http://www.jumbo.com/utilities/windows95/miscutil/transperizer.exe.download.htp
There was also another program, free, called Transparizer I think. But I don't have the link and a quick search in Google produced no satisfying results, so I don't know. But in all cases, keep in mind that your computer will b considerably slowed down.
Hehehe! Now I heard on the news that they are going to have to change the name. Apparently some people are outraged and are saying that only God can give Infinite Justice.
I don't think MSN messenger skinnable. It will jsut take the skin you have for the rest of your Windows. As far as WMP, it is a little complicated. You can download the SDK from Media Player's site. WMP 7.1 SDK: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnwmt/html/wmsdk.asp (there are currently no SDK yet for WMP8, but WMP7 skins will work on WMP8). Basically the .WMZ extension is just a zip. So change the extension to ZIP and uncompress the file. Th
Watch out, Billy's gonna buy you out!
I dunno. Just doesn't sound serious to me for some reason. Sounds kinda cartoonish, I have images of Dr. Justice and Buzz Lightyears in my head. To Infinity and Beyond! I would have prefered more agressive sounding names "Operation Desert Srorm" was a good one. I think a name such as "Operation payback" would have been appropriate. Dunno. But as I said, it doesn't matter the name really, it's what happens that does.
OK, throw the tomatoes this way, I'm ready... but... "Operation Infinite Justice"? I dunno.. It really has a funny ring to it. Simply "Operation Justice" would have even been better. But oh well, it's not so much the name that matters but the results. Lets wait and see now...
or just convert the JPG into BMP. /me thinks active desktop is evil.
Man, these are powerful pictures, thank you kwee2! It got my eyes all wet. These pictures truely witness how this was more than an attack on the USA, it was an attack against humanity. You don't see the whole unite in their grief like that very often.
Did you try different themes? Some themes can be quite heavy and really slow down your computer, to the point possibly of crashing it. Also some themes use third party plug-ins (or modules) such as a clock, Winamp controls, etc. You may have a theme with a buggy module. In short: make sure you have the latest video drivers and patches for OS. Try different themes. If you don't have a lot of RAM and CPU, stick to more simple and small themes.
Yeah Hippy, hehehe! or: " - Good morning Mr. Security guard, I'm trying to rob this bank. Do you know where I could get the combination for the vault?"
Well, it just so happens that 90% of the good icon artists are Mac users. A lot of PC icons are nothing just the result of their work converted in PC format.
The skin called "WindowsXP full-pac" is an Objectbar skin. So you need the Objectbar program. For now, the program is only available to the Object Desktop customers. You can buy Object Desktop at https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt or you can wait a little bit until there is a demo version available to the general public.
! T-Man! But it's not the quantity that counts, but the quality! Those two there are worth 1000 friends! And thanks adni! And I thought I was just pissing everybody off! ! I'm sure I am sometimes, though. But good friends lik
A documented, credible account about the Pearl Harbour myth, compiled by ibiblio.org (a collaboration of the center for the public domain and unc-ch): http://www.ibiblio.org/pha/myths/index.html A little exerpt from the introduction: "Few events in the history of the United States have generated as much controversy as the attack on Pearl Harbor. Rumors abounded during the war, and the release of the Congressional Investigation Report on July 26, 1946, while containing infor
