Litestep doesn't change the look of the windows. Need Windowblinds for that. Did you change back the initial Desktop.ini settings that you change? Leave those the way they were and only modify the Registry. I think.

Oh and Brad, to avoid the massive downloaders why don't you make it: - registration is compulsery to download. No account, no download. - a limit of say 10 Mb per day per user Sure people can register more than one account, but if you make it so that the same email cannot be used for 2 different accounts, then it becomes a lot more complicated and would, I think, deter most people.

Dethnite: Trillian is very good, but it doesn't support ICQ file transfer yet, and I transfer files to and from my ICQ buddies all the time, so I had to stop using it. Maybe a future version.

There was also another program, free, called Transparizer I think. But I don't have the link and a quick search in Google produced no satisfying results, so I don't know. But in all cases, keep in mind that your computer will b considerably slowed down.

I don't think MSN messenger skinnable. It will jsut take the skin you have for the rest of your Windows. As far as WMP, it is a little complicated. You can download the SDK from Media Player's site. WMP 7.1 SDK: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnwmt/html/wmsdk.asp (there are currently no SDK yet for WMP8, but WMP7 skins will work on WMP8). I dunno. Just doesn't sound serious to me for some reason. Sounds kinda cartoonish, I have images of Dr. Justice and Buzz Lightyears in my head. To Infinity and Beyond! I would have prefered more agressive sounding names "Operation Desert Srorm" was a good one. I think a name such as "Operation payback" would have been appropriate. Dunno. But as I said, it doesn't matter the name really, it's what happens that does.

Did you try different themes? Some themes can be quite heavy and really slow down your computer, to the point possibly of crashing it. Also some themes use third party plug-ins (or modules) such as a clock, Winamp controls, etc. You may have a theme with a buggy module. In short: make sure you have the latest video drivers and patches for OS. Try different themes. If you don't have a lot of RAM and CPU, stick to more simple and small themes.

The skin called "WindowsXP full-pac" is an Objectbar skin. So you need the Objectbar program. For now, the program is only available to the Object Desktop customers. You can buy Object Desktop at https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt or you can wait a little bit until there is a demo version available to the general public.
