Stardock Forumsthanks - I thought about the good old windows remnant issue after I posted. Deleted the file and it worked perfectly.

This I know, but SDC is showing WB 6. So, I'm sort of at a loss.

I am having the same issue. I've uninstalled, rebooted, and re-installed using SDC. This happened when I moved from WB5 to WB 6.WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5.5 (build 94 x86) WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins. (Generic Television) 1 is attached to ATI MOBILITY RADEON Xpress 200 Series (Generic Television) 2 is attached to ATI MOBILITY
