Hey Awesome possum! Finally!! Good your making some changes......you'll feel 10 times better when u can feel all nice and fit. I wasn't able to run teh mile about a year ago, literally! It was like the worst thing ever. THen I joined soccer...started jogging, and now I can run two miles without a walk! IT feel good after that run! And just a note....lol, glad u quit smoking cuase that is a TURN OFF!!!! lol..hehe ms
