Trim the Intelligence Budget. I don't think throwing more money at it makes it better. Our Intelligence is given a lot more funds then any other nation in the world, yet we feel the need to spend more. Also trimming the social programs and outdated progeams.
Kerry is not very offensive in his campaign, it may be costing him a lot of votes, but really it shows that he is not as ruthless as other politicians and may be wanting an honest change.

The comment about the schools in PA getting video game exercise machines. I belive in Super Size Me it was explained that the money was raised without the use of taxpayer money, as if it was taxpayer money more schools in PA would likley have it like mine in Central Bucks. One of the biggest reasons, I am pro-choice is that even if abortion was said to be illegal, the operation would still happen in most cases just in much more dangerous conditions. Also if the child doesn't have a mother who wants to take care of it it will end up suffering through its childhood.

It is a bug, this endourcement isn't available to us, but is avaiable to the cpu, and after the CPU gets it you can't get any more endourcements without it crashing.
It happened again even when I bought the first endorcement, the problem is that non-existant CTD edorsement that Republicans always buy.
If you are using a custom canidate max out their starting money and stamina, set up HQ in CA, TX, FL, and NY, these help bring in a lot of much needed money. I tend to pick a VP that has traits that are strong where my canidate lakes. For example I created a custom democrat, but left the experience collum at 1 so I could invest the trait points elsewhere, when the VP pick comes, I choose Bill Clinton for his max experience to lower the endorcement costs. Also VP canidates with a high money rating boost your warchest more. It is all dependant on what you find more important to your campaign.
I have noticed it too, however I have only had that occur after the computer had bought an endorsement before me. I also was using a custom canidate if that makes a difference.
