Reply to Rainlendar Skins. in New Users WinCustomize Forums

I am trying this Rainlendar program again and after I extract the folder to the skin file, I refreshed it and nothing happens. I noticed that the only files in the folder are language and graphic files. I do not see an ini file. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Any suggestions.
