Tried it with the 92.91 beta drivers and the problem still occurs.

Interesting to see you've also just installed the new nvidia drivers. Don't know if it's relevant but I have done two installs of them and each time I can't access the nvidia control panel through the normal methods - only in the 'old' way through display properties.

Don't know how helpful this is, but I forgot to mention that this did happen to me for a long period over a year ago - I can't remember how it was fixed though.

I'm using the latest version of Iconpackager and now icons have started to reset back to the windows defaults when I reboot. It seems like some icons (whose icons were set with windows, not IP) do not reset to their defaults, only those set using IP were. The only change I have made recently is installing the latest nvidia drivers.
