Windows Blind Downloading Help in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

Hello All, I just tryed to download the Ferrari Windows Blind and after i was done downloading it say use a web service to complete download or something like that and then use a program. So then i picked a program which was Notepad to test it out and now everytime i try downloading it brings me to notepad. Any help on what to do and download?
