This kind of tactic has been in our school systems for a very long time. When I was in 3rd grade, it was when nixon ran. the "weekly reader" of that time painted nixon as the saver of everything and just the person who would make us happy if our parents voted for him. when you download a skin, where exactly are you storing the file? usually once downloaded, the file must be placed into the logonstudio themes file within the logonstudio program files(windows explorer). if you have the program installed and prefer to, you can click the logon you want to dl from wc, and then click "open" it should automaticly install it for you.
