Reply to windows explorer alternative in Customization Software WinCustomize Forums

I desperately want the option to customize my tool bars back. I've been using vista for 6 months and still miss my cut, copy, paste, delete, and up buttons. The hours I've wasted trying to find a way to get these buttons back is absolutely disgusting!
