Sorry, but no. As far as I know there is no known way to correct this. It has to do with the way Microsoft handles the Taskbar and the Classic mode. It is discussed in depth on the Stardock Newsgroups.

I think it is new since the WC subscription started. Before anyone starts in on me, I put that in about the stuff I purchased becasue I just got the email about the new browser version and it tells you your entire WC / SD history. Then I think about this guy (up top) who can not even contribute in the slightest and a free lunch is not enough, he wants the whole buffet. Just gets under my skin that's all.

I don't Joe, 100 megs is quite a bit. Especially when you are talking about someone who has not even contributed or bought the programs! It might be different if skins and themes were only found on this site. I checked my stats, you can find out by clicking on you own name. I have sucked 320 megs and I have been here almost from the start. But then again I have 3 t-shirts, a CD, OD subsrciption, a renewal, and a WC subscription! Does it really hurt to give back a little...

The easiest way is just to copy and paste from the address bar. If you want to type it in you must start with the "http:..." or "news:..." or "ftp:...", etc..

I just asked and was told it's even OK if you own two computers. Lets say you have a Laptop and a Desktop that are "yours", it would be OK to load OD on both!

If the whole family lives in the same house and uses the same computer and all come to Wincusotmize and have their own accounts. I don't see the conflict. Now if the whole family included Mom in Vermont, Aunt Sally in Walla Walla, WA and your brother Pete on an extended secondment to Singapore then I think you might be asking for trouble.

I think the ads work. I have seen a feww of them. They are annoying to me, but I think they get the point across. Most people will simply not but a Mac because the belief is that all the "stuff" they already have and the "stuff" they need in the future will not run on a Mac. If you can get that preconception out of peoples minds it might make the sale of a more expensive computer easier.
