Buu....you crack me up! You earned an insightful! I think Dr Guy's prognosis is that he has an aversion to sarcastic humor.. Hell my guy lost and i still think the whole thing is funny! Nope. I said Haha. As in I see your point, as in ok, as in, it is not funny or sarcastic. <P

We of the democratic persuasion offer our heartfelt congratulations to the winner of this years presidential election, Mr george walker bush 2.0 Inc . You showed us that it is possible to piss off the majority of the country and the rest of the planet, but still manage to pull it together at the last minute...and actually win a president

First, ask yourself why you voted against him. If it was on past deeds, then what do you not agree with on his platform? If you agree with his platform, you are already there. If you disagree, then work to convince us of the disagreements. Maybe we will agree with you, maybe not. But dont expect him to swerve to your side to be a uniter. he tried that and got shafted for it. For if you disagree with his performance to date, then you are the ones w

Sandy, as long as you take this ignorant and condescending view of your fellow citizens, your candidates will never be elected. For you cannot run a campaign on lies, like this blog. The simple fact of the matter is you are just angry, mad, upset and ignorant. Yet instead of educating yourself, you slam those who have! As ignorant! And you slam those the do not agree with you as hopelessly myopic! You are the reason Kerry lost! your condesending attitude to all that do not agree

Emperor, Your blog is rambling at best! and naive. I will just say that as you really dont understand either world politics or Bush. for it is the very reason that Bush has insisted upon Multi lateral talks with NK that Kerry and the rest of the noblesse oblige, blasted him. But the scenerio you paint is the exact one that he is avoiding, much to the chagrin of Kim Jung il! While I respect you for your judgement in women, I dont in your judgement of wor

I don't think all Kerry supporters were smug and condescending. I live in Texas and let me tell you that Kerry supporters were definately in the minority here and if you bad mouthed Bush at a dinner party, you would probably be shown the door. I live in a Bush safe stat

Never before has any President lost the popular vote during his first election been re-elected to a second term, and never has the turn out been so great. Actually, the closest analogy in history is John Adams and John Q Adams. As the first only served one term, and the se

Heather, this is one Class A blog! While my disdain for Kerry is still real and raw (up from contempt), he did do a real Class Act thing. I wonder if he can give some lessons to the schmucks in the Democrat party Like Gore, Kennedy, Daschle (oops! That would be wasted!), Edwards and Billary? ya think? Maybe we can have real debate now. What a breath of fresh air!

Now that the election is over, and Kerry has made the best speech in his life, time to examine the 'internals' as they say in the polling world. And I am pleased to report that with the Help of Little_Whip, the grand Old Dominion set an all time record for turnout! Yes! Little old "Carry me Back" did it. Just listen to these accolades: [quote]<FONT f

Dead on Accurate. But will they learn from this? I kind of doubt it since they have been doing and losing by it for the last 4 years. The true democrats are marginalized within the party, and cant do anything to change the direction of he dinosaur.

Actually, someone pointed out that they are no longer the "Washington" Redskins, but the "Maryland" Redskins. Since they moved their home field out of the DC. So the trend holds true, but will no longer be a predictor, and they can retire 17-0. Or it could be like Darviathar says too!

INterestingly enough, when Doug WIlder was elected Governor of Va, Exit polls showed him winning 55-45, but the actual margin was by a mere 5000 votes (out of a couple million cast). The simple explanation then, and I believe it to be the case this year, is that a lot of people lied to the exit pollsters. After 2000, the people, expecially Bush supporters, dont trust the mainstream media, so they lied to the poll takers.

CraigAllan 1) I think Bush already tried that (remember the education bill that he let Kennedy write?), and you see where it got him? The Ball is in The Dems court now. 2) Muzzle Gore! 3) Who has not been upholding it? That one just does not make sense. SOrry. 4) That is how an Amendment is passed. By the States. 5) Tell that to the Heinz company. Or do you mean HOnda and Toyota outsourcing to us? 6) I disagree. Hav

..but Bush will somehow make us "safer"? The guy simply stirs up terrorist hornets nests as is evident by Osama's video... That is analogous to letting serial killers go free because you are afraid if you catch one, then their friends will be mad and start killing more. Besides being totally assinine, it is also incredibly stupid!

See, we don't care why or who you elect, except if the guy is a blooming madman likely to negatively effect (read: kill) people outside his own coutnry. Can't you see how defensive and childish you seem when you flout world opinion. We didn't really care if Germany wanted to elect Hitler, That is exactly what is wrong with you. You must be E

While this election is still "Too Close to Call", I don't think either candidate can really declare that their campain was a victory. With what amount to a 50/50 vote, nobody should look at their policies and think they have hit the nail on the head. I hope that this is an eye opener for whoever wins that some of the stuff said by the other side really has merit. <

Bush tried uniting the country, but the likes of Kennedy, Gore, Clinton, et. al. lied and demigogged him. While many say that Bush was the divider, the truth is the democrats did all the dividing. And Bush should stay the course. When he did try to move to the center he was still pilloried by the likes of those who demanded he do so. In effect, he owes the left nothing, and the left owes America a big appology for all the lies and hysteria they created. BTW: The rac

Brad, I sure am glad that your prediction was off. I believe that the reason it was off was due to the hatred that abounded in the race. Hopefully, in 08, the democrats will run on issues and leave the hate at home. And you will come out with version 2!
