Bet he was a liberal. They always want to run your life for you.

Obama redefines the Limbo. How low can he go.
I wonder (taking this to a wider angle) if that is the reason behind the cliche that men marry wanting the woman not to change, and they always do. Women marry and try to change the man. Men are more analytical when entering a relationship. Women are more starry eyed?
Good luck with your shouting. But I doubt you will get a peep.
Don't like Adele I see. I have heard some of these criticisms before.
I am torn. On the one hand, I have no confidence in the house leadership to stand up to Obama and the democrats (even though they were elected to do just that). So just step aside. On the other, the deeper Obama digs the hole, the longer it will take to get out. And I do not have a long time left.
Please, tell us what you REALLY think. ;-) Never did care for her much myself.
Ah, for the blowing skirt in spring time! That is one commitment I would be lousy at keeping.
Ok, that makes 7 languages I can count to 10 in! At this rate, I just may graduate the first grade before I pass on! ;-) My kids got me on one song (about 15 years ago). It is called One Head Light, and I swore that phrase was never sung! They had to pull up the lyrics for me to see, yep! It is in the Chorus.
Charles, stop back in more often.
Another issue to realize. Whether you like it or not, we are still known as the "race of MAN". It applies to both genders.
I guess SFC has changed in later versions of Microsoft. When I was playing with it, it ONLY scanned Windows system files, not 3rd party vendors.
Watch your own back. Sometimes they do not let all those being let go who is going. A friend knew I was on the cut list (this was 23 years ago), but failed to realize he was as well (He did tell me as there was no way to trace the news back to him).
Thank god you are not too old to react quickly! Good to see you back.
Bunnahabhain just popped this one into my notice. Hope to hear from you soon.
Just heard a rumor yesterday that UVA is thinking of bolting as well. While the core of the ACC is NC, Virginia is still well within ACC country (so much so that local stations carry UVA over local teams). They bolt, they can kiss a lot of support good bye.
I remember the first time I went to visit my inlaws. It was summer, July. I was amazed at the beauty of the landscape, and was staring - mouth agape - at it all. I was not noticing the fact that there were not a lot of houses over the mountains. But while we were there, a story came over the news about a couple from El Cajon who had gone to the Dunes, gotten lost, and died of exposure. They had been dead a week when they were found. Living in the east w
I know what you mean about quiet. While there are no bases near where I live, the rest of your description is fairly accurate. Eventually, it becomes white noise in the background - but you always hear it. Then we go to my in-laws in Brawley. At night you walk outside and there is - nothing. Silence. (if smell was noise, then you would have a ton of it since it is cattle country). I guess that is why I like it so much. It gives my ear
The union bosses won't lose their 'jobs', whether management or labor was the more to blame. But the intransigence of both was enough for the mediator to say 'effit, liquidate' & offshore some more jobs.
And they make multi 6 figure incomes. Yea, they are the oppressed of the workers. The pigs have taken over the farm.
MC has a lot of wisdom. I guess that is why we love the ladies so much!
Excellent! Very tastefully done. I too light my house, but use the natural features to light (I stay away from the blowups and grape vine stuff). And I have some great trees (I just do the trunks). So I have to ask - how do you get the lights up in the trees? I have a beautiful cedar (shaped), but alas, no way to get lights up into it (it is about 20 feet high).
CCleaner or WiseCleaner.
Don't you have FIOS? We got 10 big 10 channels down here (Verizon FIOS). (oops missed that part). between 300 and 330. Yea, I heard of the defection. Miami or Florida State jumping is one thing. But UMD? That one hurts. I suspect they will find out things are not as good as they hoped.
The older I get, the more I realize how stupid I was even as a young man. And I look at my mother and wonder how she held her tongue on so many things.
I agree with you. But I think part of the problem is that CEOs are invisible (the good ones are never noticed by the common man). Stars and athletes are always in front of the public. Good CEOs generate a lot more wealth for everyone than any jock or actress ever could.
