The title will move to the bottom of a fence if the fence is near the top of the monitor. There is no option to set it where to go. I am not sure I understand your second issue. Can you post a screenshot on the web and link to it here?

The current version is 3.04 and the current beta is 3.05. I would try one of those (purchase is necessary for the beta if you do not own it but there is a trial of 3.04 available for free)

Your key (removed from your post above) is for Fences 2. You are installing Fences 3. They have differing keys.

Thanks for letting us know. You can exclude JRiver (or the installer) from within WindowBlinds: You can also hold the {Ctrl] key down while opening an application to prevent skinning that time.
