WindowBlinds is skinning the taskbar so Start10 does not do so. Set WindowBlinds to the default Window theme and see if those Start10 options become available
The database says that's a classic version of ObjectDock you have (1.90). Sadly, ObjectDock is not supported on Windows10.
The dev team is working on this. MS has not made it easy for external software to know what is going on. Turning off translucency should make things work better while we see what can be done.
Hello. Please contact support so they can collect some information for the dev team. https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit
Are you using WindowBlinds to skin the taskbar?
Object Dock is not compatible with Win 10.
Technically, it's not "supported" at this time; it may or may not work the way it's designed to. :)
Please try the 1.52 beta at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/ and if it's still not working, contact support at https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit Thanks

Two beeps indicates it is enabled. One beep indicates it is disabled. There is not visual indication.
The roll-up function is turned on/off with the double-click. When enabled the mouse over any part of the fence will unroll it. No clicking is needed.
We are aware of the issue and are trying to find a solution. MS did some odd things. If you disable the blur the problem will not occur.
You are experiencing a feature that allows you to type on one PC and have what you type appear on any other PCs. You can disable the feature in the settings.
May I suggest that if you have not contacted support, you should do so. We do not know if, like the previous "broken" insider build this one will be fixed by MS but we are interested in collecting data to see if we can manage these issues that they introduce better. https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit
"Yay!" for WindowBlinds just handling it! In other news, "Why is this a thing?"
Please contact support so that we can get some log data. https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit
