11 beta builds after first release and it's still buggy as hell I think that's indicative af a huge user base with lots of application interactions and a responsive company. Select Data Source" dialog box I thought that error went away a few build back when Stardock migrated to a flat file for skin "database." Did you install via SDC. Suggest that first. Post the system information from the WB config. That may assist in troubleshooting. <br
By the way, is it worth the 9 bucks for the utopia icons and the 7 for oxidized suite? I'd hold off on these until you get used to everything else . . . It's been a rare suite that stayed on my desktop very long. I mix and match componants. As to the whole OD suite vs. just WB . . .no ques
Also I read that WindowBlinds uses no additional memory when being used It only uses memory to change skins. THe actual skin drawing is done by the graphics chip freeing up resources or other stuff. <TD class
I am asked for a discount coupon number when trying to buy WindowBlinds and was wondering if someone can point me in the direction of where to get one please? At what point are you prompted Shreddi? Neil, have there ever been coupons? <img s
Look folks, Stardock is under no obligation to maintain any of it's apps. You subscribe, you take you chances. I think as a Object Desktop subscriber (and cursorXP, ObjectDock+,Skinpacks, Desktoip pet, Natural Desktop and Wincustomize) I think I've gotten what I'ev paid for. I think I've gottena deal. I've had soem issues and concerns. Slow releases, componants that I thought belonged in the ODNT Suite (CXP, and OD) were

If one uses tiled windows and then changes orientation those tiles keep thier coordiates and are lost. Any chance this might get addressed? [Does Brad use WinFX on his Tablet and change orientation?]
If you want systray support for stardock apps, you need it. Specifically, ObjectDock, ObjectBar, RightClick and DesktopX (I think). If you don't need or use any of those, kill it. How to kill it? I believe you can disable it from MSConfig | Startup but I am not sure. I've moved on to mcpcore.dll that replaced sdmcp. I trust me, but you may want to wait for a better (more complete) answer. <a href="../

Brad said Wow, this place is totally different from JoeUser. Over on JoeUser it was a split between socialists and libertarians. JoeUser is a free blogging community, right? And folks here have bought something, right? I wonder if that is a flag? It is interesting that you are the f
I have to keep looking through posts to find your links Zubaz I have the Stardock refund policy as a favorite to throw down when someone tries to bluff "I'm quitting, give me my money back." I love that link. <img src="http://images.stardock
Sorry Chri5, didn't mean to go so far off topic. Good luck with yoru gadget.
what is it about groupies not only being unhelpful but adding insult to injury? What is it about folks who complain (with sarcasm) and make little effort to solve their own answers? I notice you didn't ask Paladin for the number, did you want it? Another option is the knowledge base: http
If they were "up front" they would tell you not to use it. Because . . . . ??? I have been more than happy with the service (knowing that some system is looking at my mail for keywords and providing related ads - the same thing it does with the ads on my website and search results). Is th

Wow Paladin....convenient for you to be able to call Tech.... It's not like it's hard to find the phone number. It took me two clicks and a phone call to get the right number. <a href="../resources.aspx

I took the video that t-man had in the galciv2 fan pack and posted it to Google video. It makes it wicked easy to embed in your website like I did. http://www.klenkefamily.net/blog It's there if anyone wants it. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8152882833400413099
Brilliant! It's the little touches that make this game rock.
Think Gmail. What has google done with gmail that they weren't up-front about? They parse the content and throw up relevant ads.
PS. Is a monkey lizard the same as a Chameleon? They both taste like chicken. ^^
