running 4.3, doesn't skin anything anymore.. Last night it did skin the taskbar and windows, now it just changes the colors.

Someone told me to post here, so here it is: I recently got the full version, and after installing and finding a nice skin, I apply the skin, but when I reboot the computer it goes back to windows XP classic??? What's causing this? Running on an AMD 64 3200+/MSI K8N Neo Platinum/1Gb ram/WinXp Pro/SP2 Eng
