The services interoperate, so unless one of you has network problems or an old client there shouldn't be any issues. You might look through WLM and Yahoos support pages and see if there's anything interesting.

I won't run without one anymore. I have three SSDs and one HD in this system. Was tempted to ditch the HD when I got the third just now, but it has its purposes...now I don't mind backing up locally anymore since I have a drive I don't even care about. And I never have to defrag since I don't use that drive for anything important. Onward to ReRAM and related tech!

I know there are plenty of knockoff 360 hard drives around on buy.com last time I looked for example, can't guarantee any of them work very well and they certainly aren't under warranty, but they exist. Of course, I never had a Slim so my information might be outdated, but I doubt it's changed much.
