I disagree with an SUV ban. Although they are impractical for probably 95% of the population (I know when I see one, my first thought is usually something along the lines of "stupid yuppies"), and guzzle a lot of gas, there is still that 5% who need them for various activities (particularly if they have a large family, it can be a practical choice), similar to those activities that require a pickup truck.
